Studio Policies

Studio 1812 does not allow any nude or partially nude photography or videography. This includes but is not limited to: full or partial nude shoots, implied nudity, pornography, fine art nudity, and transparent clothing. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask!
Glitter, paper confetti, fireworks and firearms are not permitted
No smoking or drugs are permitted
Our rental space has a strict no-alcohol policy to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Be courteous of those using the studio before and after you
